1. Commitment to Donor & Visitor Privacy

The Precinct 5 Foundation respects the privacy of every visitor, donor, and community partner. We do not sell, rent, or trade donor names, email addresses, or personal information with any third party.

2. Use of Funds & Financial Accountability

All donations and grants received by the Precinct 5 Foundation are used exclusively to support our 501(c)(3) charitable mission: providing law enforcement safety resources, training, and community outreach in Constable Precinct 5.
